Katie Beth Steele | Unstoppable CEO & Founder

KB Design is both my mission and my passion. I studied design at the New York Institute of Art and Design, but never thought I’d be able to turn what I loved into a career. But after years of working in the corporate world of real estate development as a single mama to a special needs child, I was deeply burnt out and praying for a change. That’s when KB Design was born, and since then every day has become a day of meaning and love as opposed to clock-punching and paying bills. My team is so special, and they are the glue that holds this operation together. My clients have become the truest blessings and dear friends. At the end of the day, this has nothing to do with making things pretty. It is reaching deep into family stories and creating a canvas that only speaks for them. Kimi Joelson | Director of Business Development

Kimi is the oldest member of KB Design so you can kind of view her as royalty in our book. She is with the client from beginning to end, making sure the process flows smoothly… just like she has been with our company from start. Additionally, she takes the lead on design in our North Carolina and Texas districts, which helps set us apart from the rest. That kind voice who feels like your instant bestie when you book your first call… that’s her. That’s our Kimi.

Hailey’s growth in this company has proven to be full steam ahead and uphill since the moment she joined us. As a selected designer, you can always depend on her to show up and show out. Her design skills are a true force to be reckoned with.

Taylor Telford | Designer

Taylor comes to our KB Design team with all the enthusiasm, talent and tenacity we could hope for. Seeing her pour into our clients is such a gift and they are all sure to benefit from her creative designs.

Sydnee Buchanan | Operations Manager

Sydnee came to us and flipped the script on the importance of back office organization and work flows. She assists our Operations Manager by keeping the important stuff intact and making sure our clients’ purchase orders are complete and coming in hot.

Corrin Thomas | Operations Manager

Corrin leads the pack on keeping all things backend and operations on the up. Her role is highly regarded, as she not only orchestrates processes, purchasing, and accounting, she also works alongside each client in their journey. She’s kind of a big deal.
